This shoe is a reissue based on the Montreal II, one of the first jogging shoes released by Onitsuka Tiger in 1977.

The original, with its beautiful colors, played a key role in popularizing jogging not only as a training tool for athletes but also as an accessible activity for the general public.

It reproduces the original's distinctive details, such as the wrap-around herringbone pattern outsole and the bright upper color variations.

The insole features a 6mm thick GEL cushioning in the heel, a first for running shoes.

In addition, the midsole uses SPEVA, which offers superior rebound and lightness compared to conventional EVA.

This cushions the impact on the feet, resulting in an updated, comfortable fit.
