These lace-up boots are a minimalist redesign of classic 1950s basketball shoes. The upper uses domestically produced leather, crafted in Himeji, a leading Japanese leather-producing region, using traditional techniques by Japanese artisans and sourced from the world-renowned Kobe beef. The heel of the sole incorporates αGEL Foam for enhanced shock absorption. The insole combines foam materials of varying hardness to maintain cushioning while adding support to reduce arch collapse and heel instability. The outsole uses a rubber sponge that combines durability and cushioning. Based on the sole design of past archive training shoes, it features a thick shark sole with circular patterns in the forefoot and heel.
