This shoe is a reissue based on the FABRE BL-L, originally released as a basketball shoe in 1975.
The name FABRE is a portmanteau of the basketball term "FAST BREAK." The tongue label reproduces the details and colors of the original. The outsole uses a highly cushioned rubber sponge, and the insole features GEL in the heel. This updates the shoe to absorb impact on the foot and provide a comfortable fit.
