YOSHIDA & Co. 90th Anniversary Project 004 "STONE ISLAND | PORTER" To celebrate the 90th anniversary of Yoshida & Co.'s founding, we are releasing a collaboration with STONE ISLAND. STONE ISLAND is a global leader in product design and apparel innovation. Since its founding in Italy in 1982, the brand has consistently promoted fabric experimentation and technological advancements, with a particular focus on functionality and practicality. Its unique blend of fashion, luxury, and streetwear has garnered passionate fans across generations and cultures. This first-ever capsule collection features four bags, as well as a hooded parka and cargo trousers that can be worn as a set. Each piece is crafted from PORTER's signature bonded nylon and features STONE ISLAND's unique corrosion process, which creates a unique look for each piece. This special capsule collection embodies the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship shared by both brands. The outer fabric features a blue nylon twill with an elegant sheen. After the bag is sewn, artisans spray the bag with an innovative corrosion process, resulting in a unique, one-of-a-kind color. The bleached areas are given a worn-in look, creating a natural gradation of color. A special water-repellent finish is then applied during the wash process to solidify the finish. The hooded parka features a two-layer padding construction, with a bonded outer shell and multi-axial quilting on the inside, providing both structural three-dimensionality and warmth, further enhancing the textured feel of the processing. Despite its voluminous design, this item is lightweight and soft to the touch. The lining features a detachable strap, allowing the jacket to be carried on the back when not in use, a unique and functional feature.
