The "PORTER PATTERN" series incorporates the detail of Aloha shirts called "reverse printing," where the reverse side of the printed fabric is used as the surface. While Aloha shirt prints are typically characterized by palm trees and floral patterns, this series uses adaptations of traditional Japanese patterns. The patterns include arabesque, checkered, sayagata, seigaiha, and scales—familiar patterns that you've probably seen before—but have been adapted to be easy to match with everyday clothing. The main material is 100% nylon, but it is woven using Taslan yarn and hollow yarn twisted together for the warp threads, and semi-dull yarn with a low sheen for the weft threads. This fabric has the characteristic of appearing heathered when dyed in a single color, and when printed, it has a faded look, resulting in a distinctive and tasteful appearance. The nylon fabric is printed using an inkjet method, where ink is sprayed onto the fabric like on paper to create the pattern. This ensures that the printed area does not harden and the texture of the fabric is not compromised. *The fabric is cut randomly, so the pattern placement is not uniform. *This series is produced in limited quantities. *Male model height: 173cm *Female model height: 161cm
