The "PORTER DARK FOREST" series features a RealTree pattern camouflage fabric with a calm, monochrome color scheme. While RealTree patterns commonly used in fishing jackets and other garments typically feature brown, beige, and green color schemes to blend into natural backgrounds, this series uses a monochrome color scheme to create an original RealTree pattern that is easy to use for everyday wear. The main material is a high-density nylon twill with 110 denier warp threads and 210 denier weft threads, carefully woven in Ishikawa Prefecture in the Hokuriku region, a region renowned for its high level of technical expertise in synthetic fiber weaving, using nylon yarn from Toray Industries, Inc. This material boasts high durability, water repellency, and excellent colorfastness. Furthermore, Cordura nylon oxford, which has abrasion resistance and tear resistance, is used for the bottom and hem areas where strength is required. We commissioned Seiren Co., Ltd., which boasts the largest scale of quality in Japan, to use their unique Viscotex technology to express original colors on nylon fabric, which is generally considered unsuitable for printing. The pocket design adopts the details of fishing jacket pockets.
