This is a masterpiece made by Mr. Tanejiro Ishii, a craftsman who was certified as a "Japan Leather Goods Meister" in the bag department in Japan's first Meister system. The main material is high-quality leather that is both supple and moderately hard. By applying combination tanning that contains a lot of tannin, the leather is finished with excellent flexibility while tightening the grain. The design is impressive with its thin gusset, elegant form and beautiful curved bottom. The fastener part and the part where the body plate overlaps are finished with cuts, and the smooth touch is characterized by the hand-polished by skilled craftsmen. The opening is made with a zipper that opens wide to the bottom so that you can easily put things in and out, and the sasamachi design prevents the body plate from falling down completely.
