Beef steer is tanned with chrome, and tannins and resins are soaked into the fibers to create a fine texture. In addition, it was flattened and smoothed by a vacuum dryer, then rubbed and coated with paint and synthetic resin. The glossy and moderately soft leather is characterized by its high quality and luxury. The interior uses horse leather for lining used in leather shoes. Depending on the model, part of the sewing is double-stitched with a fine pitch using a two-needle sewing machine used for shoe manufacturing.
