The "HEAT" series combines two durable, water-resistant materials for a rugged yet stylish design. Since its launch in A/W 2001, the series has continued to add items tailored to contemporary lifestyles, offering a wide range of styles from business bags to small items suitable for a wide range of customers. The main material is Japanese-made ballistic nylon, woven with 66 nylon thread for excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear strength, the same material used in car airbags and bulletproof vests. Parts feature highly water-resistant tarpaulin fabric, commonly used for industrial materials. While the bag is monochromatic in black, the combination of different textures creates a stylish design with striking contrasts. Military touches are incorporated throughout, including the PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), which allows you to attach pouches and small items by stitching nylon tape at regular intervals. A double ring is attached to the main body to coordinate with your accessories, such as carabiners and wallet chains. The bag itself is made with thick, high-density nylon tape in key areas, preventing sagging and creating a three-dimensional silhouette for easy handling. All models except the pouch, wallet, and pen case come with a detachable tanned leather keychain and a PORTER-engraved Maglite.
