The "HEAT" series combines two durable, water-resistant materials for a rugged yet stylish design. Since its launch in A/W 2001, the series has continued to add items tailored to contemporary lifestyles, offering a wide range of items from business bags to small items suitable for a wide range of people. The main material is Japanese-made ballistic nylon, woven with 66 nylon thread for excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear strength, the same material used in car airbags and bulletproof vests. Parts feature highly water-resistant tarpaulin fabric, commonly used for industrial materials. While the bag is monochromatic in black, the combination of different textures creates a stylish design with striking contrasts. Military touches are incorporated throughout, including the PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), which allows you to attach pouches and small items by stitching nylon tape at regular intervals. D-rings and double rings are also attached to the main body, allowing you to coordinate with your accessories using carabiners and wallet chains. The bag body is fitted with thick, high-density woven nylon tape in key areas to prevent sagging, creating a three-dimensional silhouette and making it easy to handle. All models except the pouch, wallet, and pen case come with a detachable tanned leather key chain and a Maglite with the PORTER logo engraved on it.
