The "PORTER GUARD" leather casual series features water-repellent leather and waterproof zippers, enhancing both functionality and design. The combination of Scotchgard-treated embossed leather and waterproof zippers with a leather-grained zipper tape enhances functionality and design. The primary material is domestically sourced adult cattle hide. After chrome tanning, the leather is re-tanned using a combination of synthetic and vegetable tannins to enhance the firmness of the leather and the embossed shrinkage. Scotchgard chemicals are infused into the leather during the fat-removal process, and a fine-grained shrinkage embossing is applied as a finishing touch, enhancing the texture of the zipper tape. The embossed leather has just the right amount of firmness and is also scratch-resistant. The main zipper and three-dimensional front pockets feature YKK Aqua Guard zipper tape with a three-dimensional leather-grained pattern sewn into the surface, creating a design element for the series. The metal fittings are polished to a lustrous black nickel finish for a luxurious feel. The PORTER logo is engraved on the shoulder strap and backpack strap adjustment parts. The brand tag is a shrunk, grained tag that matches the gloss of the black nickel metal fittings. The interior of the front pocket features a power net pocket, ideal for storing smartphones, pass cases, and other items. Please note that while the finish emphasizes the natural leather texture, traces of streaks or blood vessels may be present.
