The "PORTER DRAFT" series offers a unique texture and feel, created by combining natural fibers derived from washi paper with nylon thread. This original fabric, woven from two different materials—thread derived from washi paper, a traditional Japanese material—and nylon thread, creates a unique look with the sheen of the nylon thread, the unevenness of the washi fiber, and color contrast. The main material is an original paper nylon cloth, woven with washi paper thread for the weft and nylon thread for the warp, resulting in a plain weave. The inorganic sheen of the nylon thread complements the natural texture of the washi thread, resulting in a soft yet elegant finish. Washi thread (OJO+) is a hollow-core thread made from Manila hemp-based washi paper, cut into long, thin strips, and then twisted into a yarn. It is lightweight, weighing less than half the weight of standard cotton thread, while boasting excellent strength and resilience. This original fabric is also bonded to reduce the overall weight of the bag. The interior fabric is made of gray spun nylon taffeta, offering a comfortable feel and enhanced visibility. *About OJO+: OJO+ is a paper yarn fiber made by Oji Fiber Co., Ltd. from Manila hemp and paper. It is a "third fiber" manufacturing method fundamentally different from existing methods for spun yarn and filament yarn, enabling the mass production of environmentally friendly fibers in Japan. OJO+ paper yarn fiber, a natural filament processed yarn, dramatically expands the scope of textile expression, offering a new texture and feel to people around the world. *Please note that the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.
