Item Description
The main body is made of 66 nylon yarn (bright yarn) of vertical and horizontal 420d that meets the CORDURA® brand fabric standard, and has strength against friction, tearing, fraying, etc. -MASTERTEX-05 nylon, a 3-layer original fabric made by laminating Vent® and laminating tricot nylon. Compared to the normal 420d class fabric, the strength is increased because the number of punched pieces is about 20% larger. Because it uses 66 nylon bright yarn, it has a deep luster. The attached leather is made of high quality North American steer leather, and at the tanning stage, a waterproofing agent made by "3 M" is put in the drum and penetrated into the leather. After that, dye and soak in oil to make a base. The waterproofness is improved by spraying the waterproofing agent made by the same company even at the finishing stage. Waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof leather that has passed the "SCOTCHGARD®" monitoring test. The test is performed even if the surface is scraped, so the effect will not be diminished.
