The raw leather of the main body leather is carefully selected and used from North American steer. After chrome tanning, 3M's waterproofing agent is put in a tyco at the time of dyeing to allow the waterproofing agent to penetrate into the leather fibers. Since the waterproofing agent is soaked into the fibers, it keeps water and oil from infiltrating from the back and sides of the leather as well as from scratched areas. A large amount of special waterproof oil is infiltrated there, resulting in a supple and soft touch. The surface is also finished so that it has a fine texture like a kip. It is the ultimate soft smooth that cannot be done without a good balance of tanning, dyeing, oil preparation, etc. This leather is waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof (it is hard to leave hand stains, etc.) that has passed the monitoring test of "SCOTCHGARD®". This monitoring test is performed even if the surface is scraped, so the effect does not diminish as it is used. The accessory material on the back body side is a special transparent material that has strength against friction, tearing, fraying, etc. by driving 66 nylon thread (bright thread) of vertical and horizontal 420d that meets the CORDURA® brand fabric standard with high density. We use MASTERTEX-05 nylon, an original fabric with a 3-layer structure that is laminated with the wet and waterproof film L-Vent®. Compared to the usual 420d class fabric, the strength is increased because the number of driving is about 20% more. Because it uses 66 nylon bright yarn, it has a deep luster. We use tape woven with hollow fiber nylon, which is about 20% lighter than regular tape. The lining uses an original jacquard with the master-piece logo. This series uses high-quality leather as a material in the shape of an outdoor image.
