For the leather of the main body, after tanning thick raw leather from North America with chrome, the layer with a grain surface (leather surface) and the lower layer part are divided horizontally and the leather of the lower layer part is evened to 2 mm thickness. Then, it is carefully buffed with sandpaper and finely brushed. Since the leather is thick, it cannot be dyed to the core at one time, so it is dyed carefully in two steps, and the waterproofing agent is penetrated to the inside during the second dyeing to improve the waterproofness. The attached fabric is a special breathable waterproof film L that has strength against rubbing, tearing, fraying, etc. by densely driving 66 nylon threads (bright threads) of vertical and horizontal 420d that meet the CORDURA® brand fabric standard. -MASTERTEX-05 nylon, a 3-layer original fabric made by laminating Vent® and laminating tricot nylon. Compared to the normal 420d class fabric, the strength is increased because the number of punches is about 20% larger. Because it uses 66 nylon bright yarn, it has a deep luster. The water-repellent fastener made by YKK and the interior are made of original camouflage print fabric designed with the motif of the Japanese archipelago. This series features casual coloring using waterproof suede.
