We carefully select high-quality North American steer leather, tan it with 3M waterproofing agent, dye it, and add oil to make a base. Even at the finishing stage, the company's waterproofing agent is sprayed onto the surface to further improve waterproofness. The water repellency and waterproof test is performed even when the surface of the leather is scraped, so it is a highly durable process. Also, in order to make the best use of the original texture of leather, only dyes and waxes are used, and the more you use it, the more glossy it becomes and the deeper the texture becomes. The accessory material on the back torso is a special transparent material that has strength against friction, tearing, fraying, etc. by densely driving 66 nylon thread (bright thread) of vertical and horizontal 420d that meets the CORDURA® brand fabric standard. Made from MASTERTEX-05 nylon, an original 3-layer fabric laminated with the wet waterproof film L-Vent®. Compared to the normal 420d class fabric, the strength is increased because the number of punches is about 20% more. Because it uses 66 nylon bright yarn, it has a deep luster.
