Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through the needle holes in the sewn parts. If the nylon material is left wet for a long time, the film on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing. Water repellent treatment is a surface treatment, so as you continue to use it, the effect will fade due to friction and other factors. Water repellency can also be lost due to dust or other dirt that adheres to the fabric. After use, we recommend brushing to remove dirt and frequently using a commercially available water repellent spray.
Item Description
The main body material is made of two twisted 210D 66 nylon threads, aligned and woven vertically and horizontally in a certified factory that meets the production and quality standards of CORDURA® brand fabric, making it durable and solid. This is an excellent original fabric, MASTERTEX-07. The surface of the fabric is water-repellent, the back side is laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-Vent®, and the 3-layer structure is laminated with tricot nylon, making it waterproof at a water pressure level of 20,000mm. . Also, depending on the parts, original fabrics MASTERTEX-04, 05, and 06 are combined. The attached material is waterproof tanned leather, and the bottom material is INVISTA's 1680D Cordura Ballistic® nylon, which has approximately five times the wear and tear strength and durability of normal nylon. PVC processing further improves strength and waterproofness. The shoulder harness is equipped with an original mechanism called “m-strap” that reduces the weight of luggage. The cushions that touch your body are made with Outlast®, a temperature-regulating material developed for NASA. The buckle, which is the design point of the series, has a new design with increased strength.
