Item Description
The "alpha" series is a product that was born from our wish to have a product with a unique design. This is a retrofit shoulder pad that can accommodate tapes up to 50mm wide.
The main material is an original MASTERTEX-05 nylon fabric with a three-layer structure made by laminating a special breathable waterproof film L-vent® and bonding it with tricot nylon. The material is made of 420d 66 nylon thread (bright thread) that meets the CORDURA® brand fabric standards and is woven at a high density in both directions to provide strength against friction, tearing, and abrasion.
The core material of the shoulder pads is made of thick urethane material and lightweight, resilient EVA resin, which reduces the strain on the body when carrying the bag.
The underside of the No. 44124 shoulder pad is made of MILCOT®, a specially structured cardboard knit developed exclusively by Toray that combines excellent anti-slip properties with stretchability, making the shoulder strap less likely to slip off.
