The body material is made of twill material that has a firm feel by weaving nylon threads of 70d warp and 210d weft at high density. This nylon twill is treated with our original water-repellent m-coatTM, which is much more water-repellent and wear-resistant than conventional treatments. m-coatTM achieves excellent water repellency and durability by structuring the water repellent agent on the fiber surface using advanced special coating technology. Many water-repellent products lose their water-repellent performance after repeated use and washing, but m-coatTM has acquired Grade 4 Bundesmann water repellency test even after 100 washes. For water repellent performance, we conduct the Bundesmann test (*), which is more severe than the spray test (JIS-L1092) used in the conventional measurement standard. High-quality raw leather made in Japan is used for the attached material, and a waterproof material "SCOTCHGARD®" made by "3M" is included in the drum at the time of dyeing. , The effect is also finished for a long time. Dyes and pigments are used on the surface of the leather to create a natural color and atmosphere while giving it a sense of transparency.
